‘Oh My” Ostomy
Ostomy Surgery is a life saving surgery that reroutes the urine and or stool through the stomach into a bag attached to the skin. There are currently 1.3 million people living with an Ostomy around the world, of which an estimated 130,000 are children. It is a small community but one that impacts the lives of many every single day.
Bravery Bag Covers are a small but impactful way to ease the emotional trauma for children after their Ostomy surgery. The covers are intended to hide the Ostomy bag and provide confidence through fun and animated designs. Each Bravery Bag Cover is made with 100 polyester fabric, are machine washable and made in Canada.
